A back-end configuration change resulted in a 80 minute delay when publishing tracking events. Our team was already in attendance for the configuration change, and tracking was restored as soon as the change was complete.

A small number of labels created during the window experienced tracking delays into the next day. These were identified and tracking was resumed.

We are reviewing the configuration of this service to avoid similar delays in the future.
