Unable to book 250g labels

Between 11:31 AM and 11:55 AM, we experienced a partial outage where 250g labels were unable to be booked. In addition, during this time there was a short delay to tracking updates for existing 250g labels.

Affected dashboard orders displayed as failed to book. Orders booked via the API failed with HTTP 503 responses.

Bookings for 250g labels are now working as expected. The issue was caused by an upstream API and has now been resolved. We will review possible fallback mechanisms and will continue to monitor this issue to ensure no further problems.
